arriving at our offices

Basepoint Southampton
What happens when I arrive at Basepoint (Southampton)?
The map shows where Basepoint is located.
When you pull in through the gates you will see the office building to the right. Reception is housed in this building, on the ground floor to the extreme left hand side. You can park in front of this building, or you can turn to the left and park anywhere in this section of the car park. Parking is free on site, but you must obtain a permit from Reception, as there is a strict clamping policy.

Austin House: our Westbourne (Bournemouth) offices
What happens when I arrive at Westbourne?
There is no on-site parking at Westbourne, so please either park in Grosvenor Road, the first road on the right past our offices when heading towards Bournemouth, or in the NCP car park at the rear of ‘the straight’ behind the shops at Westbourne. The map shows the location.
Please make your way to the second floor of our offices. There is either a lift or the healthy option [stairs!] Please report to reception where you will be shown to one of our two waiting rooms and then we will be informed of your arrival.
If you are disabled, please let our administration team know and we will arrange for a space to be available by our back door which is accessed by a ramp. If you have any other special requirements, please let us know and we will try our best to make your visit to us as stress free as possible.

Ashley Road Parkstone: our Poole offices
A mediation suite at Parkstone (Poole)
What happens when I arrive at Parkstone Office [Poole]?
See map. There is no on-site parking and parking on Ashley Road is limited to 20 minutes. We would suggest that you park in the public car park behind the Co-op which operates a pay and display system currently charging £1 for a whole day's parking but you can select a shorter time for a lower fee.
The nearest train station is Branksome. There is a bus stop outside our offices and Ashley Road is a main bus route through Parkstone.
The front door in right by the bus stop. Please come in and let the receptionist know that you have an appointment for mediation. We have separate waiting rooms and as a matter of policy always seat couples apart.
