civil & commercial mediation fees
The cost of the mediation is £325 plus VAT per half day (4 hours) per party. Payment is made in advance.
Where there are more than two parties, the total cost of the mediation is increased by 15% for each additional party, and the total cost divided equally between all parties. For example, if there are four parties the cost is £325 each for the first two [total £650] plus 15% for each additional party [£650 + [15% x 2] = £845] plus VAT
Mediator's preparation time and all administrative costs are included in the fee - there are no hidden extras on the basis that the mediation takes place at Laceys Mediation offices [Bournemouth or Southampton]. If the mediation is elsewhere, we charge for expenses at cost.
